How to re-use E3 Flasher with error 11000100 [+solution inside]

Guys, first of ALL it worked flawless with me.

I've tried to downgrade the second slim JPN-001 Date code 0C, and I was receiving this error 11000100, which means that my E3 flasher has been used before on a different ps3.

My second NOR was a sammy (samsung).

I just updated my E3 Flasher with sammy 28/10/2011 update.bin (Tks playerkp420 for that)
