need help buying new ps3

hello all :hello:, I'm going to buy a new ps3 and I found a new 250gb model. I checked the ps3 models and it seems that the 250gb model is always under 3.55 but I just want to be sure, is there any chance that the firmware is going to be higher than 3.55?
