Hi guys i wondering if anybody could upload the last downgrade update file for the usb dongle?Just buy e3 flasher manage to install backup bios etc.and i m in the step to set my ps3 to service mode for the downgrade.The official e3 site is down?(anybody knows why?)So i stuck in this step...
