Important Problem After Upgrade to Rogero CFW 4.31

hi guys
yesterday I wanted install Rogero CFW 4.31 on a PS3 Slim
but after Copying Update Files From Flash memory to PS3, i get error 8002f147 in 12%
I Several Downgraded but again after turning on the PS3,Installation will start but I've encountered in 12% with error 8002f147
