4.30 v1.03 to 4.40

Hi guys i'm having problems getting certain games to load on Rogero 4.30 v1.03 , posted a thread but have not had a response in over 24 hours :dontknow:

As the cfw version i have is already outdated i was going to update to 4.40 v1..03 can i do this straight from my existing 4.30 or do i have to go back to 3.55 ofw first?
