Teensy++ 2.0 Help??? (READ PLEASE)

Hello everyone, I just ordered my teensy++ 2.0 and when it got here I plan on starting the downgrade process but I have a few questions.

1.) Do I need to order an infectus in order to downgrade?

2.) Can I solder to the NAND leg pins or is it a must to remove bothe the NANDs'

3.) What CFW spoof's tp the 4.40 FW so I can go online?
