Need help with DLC's Installs.

Hi all, well i have a dude and im middle noob in this about installs DLCs, i need help to know HOW install, i have a DLC downloaded by here for the game Tales Of Graces F (BLUS30903), i take the dlc from this post;

harryoke says what i need the .RAP files, but i dont have any .RAP file, only the PKG, and Tales Of Graces F with USA Version, in other plane the people says what i need use ReactPSN to install this, and i dont liked the ReactPSN for the olds errors was this produce (RedScreen / SemiBrick) but is old information for me, maybe now that was fixed and all of that. I need say to what i have Rogero 4.30 v2.05.

I don't know, someone know some solution, any help ?
