PS3 turn off after dumping nor with e3

hi

i dumped a ps3 nor using e3 flasher after many attempts, when i patched it and turn the ps3 on it turns off after 4 seconds, i removed the e3 same problem, but the day after it works just once and then it keeps turning off:dontknow:
