error 80010017 when starting toggle qa

Hi guys,

I want to upgrade cfw rogero 4.30 v.?? to v2.05
Bud when i start qa i get error 80010017

Also when i insert a ps3 game i get an error wich says i need to do a system rebuild or restore.

Does anyone knows what to do ?
Not setting the flag is not roccomend right?

How can i run the qa, maby i do something wrong?
