NON CFW ps3 banned??

Hi,

My main PS3 is on latest CFW, and I have been online a few times.
My second PS3 has never been on CFW..

My PSN account was logged in on both systems (altho Ive only been online once on my second PS3).
Last month I noticed my account got banned, but I could still login on my CFW PS3 with another account.
However now I try to login with that non CFW PS3 and it says me the console is banned?? How the hell can that be? Can Sony unban this or am I abit screwed?
