Protesting Assignment of +2 Infractions

Hi,

I would like to protest the assignment of +2 infraction points to my account which happened in the Buzzzer Player thread. I was assigned +2 infractions from the zealot moderator GregoryRasputin. This was the first day I joined ps3hax and saw a really "dumb" app that just makes the PS3 beep. So I posted and called it "dumb" and then got this ->

Note that Greggy calls me "ignorant" and states an "infaction" (not "infractions") has been "sent".

However, above my post Greggy catagorizes another member as an "unappreciative idiots" and we all know that Greggy constantly talks about raping children and women, slurs homosexuals and all sorts of explatives that I will not get into as that is not the main point of this request. Simply calling another member an "unappreciative idiot" for explaining in a professional manner (something which Greggy cannot do) why he dislikes the "Buzzzer" should warrant it's own infractions.

So, I am appealing my infractions. I do not deny simply calling an application "dumb", but feel it is within my rights and was not "trolling". I simply stated how "dumb" the app was. Must we all here at ps3hax bow to Greggy and not have our own minds and can't dislike something and speak so? If not and I must be penalized I believe that giving me a single infraction and taking one away is fair.

Thank You,
RobertUK
