Fallout New Vegas Ultimate edition Mods

Hey gang I was wondering if anyone had any kind of mods working for new Vegas ultimate edition? I've tried implementing mods within the game with the tutorials and there's no fallout.ini anyway if anyone has any hacked saves or any way to run mods on the European version I'd appreciate the help.
