Skyrim util.bsd

So, I have only one Ps3 and i wish to have it remain legit. once i buy another one i will then JB it.. Ok so i need the util.bsd so i can convert to pc, a common occurence on here i see. so since i cant convert straight from my pc i was hoping one of you could be my savior and get it for me.. I would appreciate it tremendously and end my 3 day binge to try and do this on pc..
