ps3 slim 160 not spinnig discs at all

so my problem is that my ps3 slim is not spinnig discs i checked my self because i opened the ps3 and tried the disc but then the disc was not spinnig at all it just makes that nois like a scratch

so please if any of you know the fix to this problem do share please and thanks
