PS3 From Custom Firmware to Official

Hey everyone,

i need help with returning my ps3 back to official
i downloaded the ps3 update but i heared there is a program that will wipe all the programs such as "lv2" , "multiman" and any other programs but i dont know the name

Please any help will be appreciated.
