installed GTA IV mod and got YLOD?

wow so i just downloaded the mod on the front page. I put the files from this download in place and started a new game. i played for maybe 30 seconds before my ps3 turned itself off

now when i turn on my playstation the light turns green then yellow then blinks red

please dont tell me this is ylod and that theres an easy fix
