3.55 kmeaw to 3.55.3 rex back to 3.55 kmeaw to 4.30 v2 rogero

ok im about to finally ditch 3.55 kmeaw, i just today upgraded my launch 60 gb ps3's hdd to a 1TB wd cavier blue, and am ready to do some FW bouncing.

first i just did a fresh 3.55 kmeaw install over kmeaw as when updating the HDD, formatting, backing up the old 60gb hdd, restoring the backup, i lost the "install packages" option, as i had XMBM+ and i guess formatting deleted it.

i have QA flag enabled and tested, i have MM 4.14.02 installed

SO........ here is my plan go from 3.55 kmeaw to 3.55.3 rex just so i can platinum all my trophys, then go onto 4.30 v2 rogereo.

first questions tho...
1. how to upgrade to 3.55.3 rex from kmeaw? do i HAVE to go back to 3.55 OFW--> to 3.55.3 rex first or can i just jump from 3.55 kmeaw --> 3.55.3 rex via recovery?

2. how to downgrade 3.55.3 rex back to 3.55 OFW or 3.55 kmeaw? just install 3.55 ofw from recovery over 3.55.3 rex? or do i have to use the 999 downgrader pup?

3. one back on 3.55 ofw or kmeaw i will go to 3.55 v3.7 rogero befor going on to 4.30 v2 rogereo, but do i doo the 3.55 rogero--> to 4.30 rogero from recovery?

4.does reACTpsn work on 4.30 v2 CFW?

5.will games like uncharted 2 and 3 that had massive patching to work on 3.55 still work on 4.30 rogero?

6.should i do the qa button combo/dehash after every firmware jump befor going onto the next?
