I've been using my 1st generation Sixaxis controller for about 6 years. Over the past years, the controller started to worsen gradually. Some buttons don't really work and the analog sticks feels like drawing on a green board with a white crayon.
Today, I've disassembled the controller for the first time ever. And good lord... a lot of dust and hair inside! Anyways, all of that dirty stuff is gone and I've assembled the controller, now it's working much better.
But there's only one problem, the left analog stick isn't perfect. I've just found out it's because the height of this stick is a bit higher than the right analog stick. It's hard to explain but here's the picture:

I don't know what's causing this left stick to be higher... the white chips under this stick seem to be same height size as the right stick's white chips. I've pressed everything under the left stick, hoping to make the stick go lower, but that didn't work.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
