Hello, i found this fix for KOF XIII DLC on the net and i share it here, it's not from me but from ps3gunz :) .
1- install the pakage file
2 - replace exdata folder on dev_hdd0/home/0000000x/ by the one include in this archive ( using multiman for exemple ) .
3 - Lunch the game, push select on iori or kyo to use the new charachters
