DEX3.55 Cant enter FSM

Hey Guys,

normaly i have no problems on following guides. but this time i dont realy know what todo, and also google doesnt help at all.

i was an DEX4.21 and want to go to Rogera 4.30.

i am using this guide

but on the step where i have to enter the FSM, i get 3 beeps and this file in my memorystick.

i dont realy know what todo, can someone tell me how i can fix that?
its a normal DEX3.55 Firmware, no Custom from kmeaw or rogero.
