ps3 DEX to CEX

Ok so for my question:
i want to install the rogero 4.21 cfw but i'm on DEX.
so I want to convert from DEX >> CEX.


so, I want to ask: I dumped my NOR flash using Preloader by Jaicrab in factory service mode. Is this NOR flash compatible to use with multiMAN so that I can reflash it?
