Playing Blu-Ray Movies that Requires 3.7x+?

I have a couple Blu-Ray movies that's are new released.
When I popped the disc in to watch the movie, it says that I have to update to 3.70 in order to play the movie.

I currently have cfw 3.55.
Is there anyway I can bypass the update and play this Blu-Ray disc in my PS3?
