MW2 won't start

Ok so I'm running rebug 3.55.2 and I'm tryingvto play mw2 but it won't start it exits with an 801xxxxx error on the 1.13 update but running it without the update it starts so I think they changed the reboot for the 1.13 update and I was wondering if there is a workaround
