My name is Patrick. I recently bought a PS3 and I would like to use a USB loader on it, however it is on OFW 3.61. I contacted my local computer and video game system repair and mod store to see if they used E3 downgrade to downgrade. The employee mentioned that the there is "no such thing" as a actual downgrader yet, that any downgrade just tricks the PS3 into thinking its on a lower firmware and it causes more problems than its worth. Is this true?
