problem extracting mass effect 3

at first i would thank all members who helped me solving my problems in this forums ,, i have to admit that you are the best :)
Now i downloaded ME3 i need to extract psarc,BUT it always extract in c:/document and settings/user , so the problem is my c drive is 30 giga and i heard that after extraction te game becomes 32 giga ,,, i need a way to extrat it in another drive like E: or D: ,, what do you suggest ??
