copying games from external hdd to internal hdd +4GB?

I want to copy games from external hdd to internal hdd that have files more than 4GB but i don't know how :dontknow:
the game i want is MASS EFFECT 3 = 13 GB also it has a file more than 4 GB
My hdd is WD 500 GB, fat32
i'm using multiman , i dont want to use ftp ( always crash)

please help
