PS3 wont boot with E3 Flasher installed

Hi Everyone !

I bought an E3 Flasher Limited Edition and successfully downgraded my old PS3 from 4.11 to 3.55. Then I failed to solder my PS3 for fast dual-boot and broke my PS3. So, I've got a new one CECH-2001A in 4.11.

I tried to put in back my E3 Flasher but nothing to do, the PS3 wont boot up if I plug the E3 Flasher in :( Here is a video of what it does :

and if I remove the E3 Flasher from my console everything boot fine.

Here are some picture of my motherboard. There is also something I didn't understand, I have a Samsung chip and it looks like my chip isn't rotated like everyone.. Anyway here are some picture :
